All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Standard Domestic Shipping (India): 5–10 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days
International Shipping (if offered): 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen issues. Zatuma.Shop is not liable for delivery delays once an order has left our facility.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, and chosen delivery method.
We may offer free shipping on certain orders or promotions (subject to change).
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address.
Zatuma.Shop is not responsible for:
Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address
Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
Return-to-sender packages due to undeliverable addresses
No refunds or reshipments will be made in such cases.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In rare cases where a package is lost or arrives damaged:
You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof
We will initiate an investigation with the courier
Zatuma.Shop reserves the right to issue store credit, reshipment, or denial of the claim depending on investigation outcome
Note: We are not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the courier but not received by the customer.
6. International Orders (if applicable)
Customs regulations vary by country. Any duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections or clearance issues.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier name will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your package using the courier’s website or app.
